Clause IV - Continuing Practice: Electrohomeopathy is not regulated by any statute, hence in the absence of regulation prohibition they cannot be asked to stop practice. No legislation governing practice of union and state.

Order R 1415/25/96 U&H Dated 25 November 2003 does not bar the development and research of Electrohomeopathic medicine.

Judicial Endorsements

In accordance with order of High Court and Supreme Court quoted here: "There is no proposal to stop the practitioner from practicing electro homeopathic or imparting education."

Endorsed to AYUSH on dated 26 July 2005 regarding validity of Electrohomeopathic practice.

Secunderabad VI Additional Metropolitan Session Court Judgment:

• Page 12: "Electrohomeopathic cannot be said violated the provision of any act as such theory Electrohomeopathic not covered the Indian medicine."

• Page 13: "Electrohomeopathic system by not using any chemical it is complete harmless. It is settled law means law is allowed."

• Page 15: "To accept such theory or not and such act is not illegal."

• Page 16: "It does not attract and come under provision of AYUSH"
